This is Loky, the Strip floating mascot prototype. I thought one day about one stranger that arrived to Freeside and decided not to hire a bodyguard. He may not know where to go… So how about a floating mini Lucky 38, parading somewhere, sort like a crier, and then suddenly returns to the strip floating, so this stranger decides to follow it. Maybe the robot is at certain distance, but with its neon lights you can’t miss it. At a long distance it looks like a ghost.
