Travis The Raider is as the title says hes a raider and he noticed the bad karma coming from you and wants to join in with your evil deeds, you can find him at the springvale school parking lot, with a handy hunter rifle you comes with the basic commands Follow, Trade, Wait and Bye, he will be waiting near the play set and again i only place them in the same area so its easy to find them.
